Base $60,000 (Base + Draw) · OTE 10% Uncapped Commission
What you’ll do
- Prospect local businesses, schools, office buildings, marketers, community organizations, and anyone who uses print
- Build relationships in person and generate new accounts through face-to-face outreach
- Close new print business across brochures, business cards, booklets, benchers, invitations, signage, blueprints, merch, and more
- Stay close to customers for repeat business, referrals, and long-term account growth
Requirements
- 2 years sales experience required
- Strong people skills and confidence doing in-person outreach
- Self-starter who can hustle locally and open new business without heavy structure
- Ability to move fast, build trust, and handle a high-volume, relationship-driven sales environment
- Based in Lakewood preferred; Brooklyn or Monsey only for an exceptional fit
