As an Icebreaker referral partner, you may refer candidates to Icebreaker using your unique referral link. When a candidate you refer is hired through Icebreaker and the client pays Icebreaker for that placement, you are eligible for a referral fee.
The standard referral fee is $500 per successful placement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are paid only after Icebreaker has received payment from the client for the placement.
A candidate is credited to you only when they apply through your referral link, and attribution is locked to the first partner link they use. If a referred candidate is not hired within 90 days of applying, the referral credit expires and the candidate is no longer attributed to you.
Referred candidates must be genuine, must have consented to being referred, and must not already be in Icebreaker's pipeline. Self-referrals, duplicate submissions, and candidates sourced through prohibited means are not eligible. Icebreaker determines placement and eligibility in good faith at its sole discretion.
You are an independent referral partner, not an employee, agent, or contractor of Icebreaker. You may not represent yourself as acting on Icebreaker's behalf or make commitments to candidates or clients on Icebreaker's behalf.
You are responsible for any taxes on referral fees you receive. Icebreaker may require tax or payment information before issuing payment.
Icebreaker may update these terms or end the program at any time. Referral fees already earned (placement made and client paid) will be honored.
